Technical Electric drivers window not working 2012 130 multi jet

Hi , I’ve just bought said van , the drivers window doesn’t work, the switch seems to work, as the relay clicks in the dash board , there’s power to the motor , when the switch is used but drops instantly, as though the relay isn’t staying connected, is the dash relay inside the fuse box ? T13 is the fuse on some models , it’s not under the bonnet, and clicks around the dash ,

It may sound daft, but have you tried working the switch as you open the door as I have had Fiat Doblos with the wiring breaking at the door hinge.
The other thing on several vehicles has been the switch it's self as some use a two wire motor that the BCM reverses the voltage - to + then + to - to change direction, so you may hear a click in the door panel but nothing happens. Recently I have changed door switches on Fiat Doblos, Scudos and C3 Citroens with similar faults, luckily cheap chinese switches did the job.

Yes I’ve wiggled the cable as it goes into the door , no joy , new switch coming soon
