Friends,
In my Fiat Palio 1.2 nv, a coolant leakage is found through the a.c.condensed water drain channel coming out at the center out side the fire wall in the engine room. The a.c. condensed water mixed with coolant drops outside the car fron the normal drain pipe.
The reason is very clear that the leakage is through the cabin heater module.
The heater device I am never using, being in a hot country like India. Secondly, it is also a very tedious to open, disconnect and replace this module. So I am thinking to permanently bypass this module by linking the IN & OUT coolant pipes located in the bonnet/engine room.
I seek advice from experienced experts in this regard. Does it affects adversely to the car?
What happens it I do this? My technician adviced me to do this.
A prompt and positive response from you all friends is eagerly awaited.
