I agree. :bang:

I mailed back asking what they can do that I can't with the download from the Fiat website, and that if they have different software, why this isn't available for everyone to download. I'll let you all know what they say.

We can't get the 5.4.11 update to even go on our 500c (despite the log file reporting that the B&M version is down-level), but our Alfa takes it no problem. Half tempted to 'hard-reset' the B&M, but I'm not 100% which is the correct fuse to pull to do this.

Has anyone else worked out the right fuse for it yet? From the manual I'd assume it's the red 10 Amp cockpit one for the 'entertainment system' or whatever it's listed as in the manual.

I think the easy way to reset it is to pull the earth from the battery, ive been tempted but my cars only 3 weeks old so i don't want to be playing with the bonet yet :(

Bloody Blue&Me TomTom, still waiting on dealership to tell me they've got the "part" in to make it connect.

and yeah, ive had alot of Error 10's while playing around with my Blue&Me, for a service which is ment to be user friendly, so easy to do your self etc.... it certainly seems bloody temperamental to the extent even tech-savvy people need to throw it at a dealer.

At last Fiat Marketing have responded on Fiat.com with the following about trying to load Ecodrive and getting error message 10:

"After talking to the Technical team (TESEO), they have said that they are aware of the problem and are working with HQ Turin to find a solution. The problem is due to a software incompatibility issue. The advise is to call customer services on 00800 3428 0000. They can log your call and proceed in assisting you."

So - I called customer services and they have taken my details and will email me when they have figured out a solution!

I'm not sure what i'm doing differently, but our new 500 is working fine with eco drive.

However yesterday, I did have a USB 10 error a couple of times but then it cleared itself. That happened shortly after I had downloaded some data into Eco Drive from the USB stick and then put the stick back into the car.

Hooray - there's finally an update.

Open your eco-drive and install the download. Download a fresh version to your USB, load in the car and hey presto - Eco drive install complete. :D

Now I just have to wait for 5 days to find out what my driving's like!

I have downloaded the new version but still the same problem: Error 10.
