East Kilbride Cruise

First east Kilbride (EK) cruise of the year is on Wedensday 10th March Postcode G74 1PG.

If anyone wants to meet at Springfield Quay before then the postcode for that is G5 8NP, meet up for 6PM, and leave for 6:30PM as we will need to get parked up in time at EK as it gets very busy very quickly.

Lets make this a good one for Fiat- Scotland folks, unlike the last time I went when only two members from here attended.

Yeah, mentioned this to Martyn yesterday. My mate Ally will be going as he's a pretty active member on Strathycruise, so may well be attending with him or we can all meet up and perhaps drive down. Depend if I'm free that day of course, but should be able to be. Last one was quite fun if a little difficult to navigate in a multi-storey car park

Well, I'll be heading along but may well be heading round to Ally's before hand and heading in with him. Definitely want to go though as the last one was good fun, hopefully I can get an early shift that day and the car's service the previous day doesn't go wrong

Is all good so far, got all the brake pipes off (flexi + hard), so just waiting for the ream getting delivered.

Got poly bushes ordered and getting some flexi made up tomorrow.

So really, just painting the beam and arms when it gets here ad changed the bushes, then the car should be ready to go

Yeah, literally got it confirmed today that I'll be finishing early for sure. Think it's 4:30 or so - gives me time to hopefully give the car a quick clean

I think it may well be the first option. Need to chat to Ally about it as he may be meeting others or heading straight to the event. If it's the latter, we both may meet you's at the Quay. I'll let you know as soon as I do.

The quay or EK which ever is easier my cousin is also comein but heres in a ford lol and my marea is in the garage so al be in a mazda 3

So he'll be in a Four Wheels and a Board Garunteed to go if you push it (Ford) whilst you'r in a Mazda?? Aaa what the heck, rob's mate Ally will either be in his 106, with it's nightrider LED's or his Mrs's MX5.

Haven't spoken to Ally yet, but I think there may be others going to the cruise that'll meet at the Quay though it hasn't been mentioned on Strathy. I know some people meet up at the McD's in Linwood to go round sometimes for example, so there's probably a few convoys heading in from various places. Certainly last time I just met up with Ally and the two of us just drove up in the 106 and the Stilo.
