Hi all
I have a 2002 Ducato 14 LWB Elnagh and embarrassingly I cant seem to locate the toilet flush tank.
I have located the main water tank under one of the double seats but I do not believe it's a shared tank? Could be very wrong.
Where I remove the toilet cassette from the side of the van is a transparent pipe which I am led to beleive acts as the source pipe for the toilet flush but I am unble to follow it down into the van and it does not appear under the van.

Thanks!

You have an Elnagh conversion on a 2002 Ducato 14LWB base. Also while not immediately applicable, I advise ascertaining base model, as indicated by first three numbers of VIN. Either ZFA230........., orZFA244........

The Thetford toilet will be either manual flush from integral tank, electrical flush from integral tank, or electric flush from main tank.

If tank is integral, then there will be a tank level glass? sight tube at the side of the cassette. With this arrangement the filler cap/tube hinges out for filling. The sight glass can be unplugged at the top and hinged outward to allow full draining of the integral tank.

If electrical flush from main tank, then I would expect there to be a valve operated electrically by pressing the flush knob, on which in my opinion, the spring is too weak.

Thank you very much communicator. While I read your post and check the van, I have the numbers of the VIN: WVWZZZ (please forgive me if these are not helpful!)
From looking at where the cassette is, it is an electrical flush given the wires and fuse. On top near the flush button is a light which the sticker on the loo says will light up when water is < 17 I think it is.

It is useful for you to know the base vehicle Fiat Ducato model which will be either 230, or 244 which is often mentioned as a facelifted 230, but there are rather more differences. If not automatic then on 244 reverse is next to first, and not down from 5th, as on 230. Gearbox change did not always align with model in 2002, which was changeover year.

An update. I got the toilet flushing finally!! I needed to push a little longer on the flush button and with the water pump on (and wait patiently for the water to make it's way to the toilet). From what I can see, the water feed is from the main water tank. The little LED doesnt seem to work but the instructions say it should turn on once the water holding tank is >17 litres so again I will check this tomorrow.

The van is a model 230L. I entered my reg into a website for some parts and came up with "Fiat Ducato 230L 2.8 TDI 122 hp Diesel" so that's good to know.

(Maybe I need to start a new thread for this but...)
One thing I am still struggling with is getting the Truma water heater working but I will try again tomorrow as I have emptied the water tank now. It seems to be a model: CE-0085ap0038 - which I believe is this: https://www.leisureplus.co.uk/Products/0009000b000100050001/Y406

Sorry, I missed your mention of low water level indication. I think that perhaps <7ltr is a more probable warning level.

I think you are correct on the 7ltr (as the label is worn off a little), it's not a total worry as it's not needed, but I just like to see things working :)

It is surprising how much flushing water the integral tank holds, particularly when you are draining it down. Have you found the tank. On my PVC it could be described as a side saddle. The capacity of the side section is quite surprising. On my bench type toilet, the integral submersible pump is accessible, when the toilet roll holder is prised out.

The 2.8idTD engine with mechanically controlled injection was replaced in 1999 by the similar 2.8jtd common rail engine with electronically controlled injection. Conversion, and sales delays can lead to late registration.
