Technical Drivers window won’t go down

Hi, Mrs car having a few problems. Sorted the airbag module with second hand without crash data on and proxy aligned all good but the drivers electric window is up and won’t go down. Relay in the BCM clicks when switch is pushed to go down but doesn’t when lifted to go up checking switch with meter seems ok and nothing obvious in the door. Does anyone know the most likely or common cause. I have ordered a second hand BCM just to rule out Brocken relay. Any help would be appreciated.
