Is yours the 1560cc Citroen aluminium engine or the 1598cc Fiat one?
I have done one on the 2012 Citroen C3 Picasso 1560cc engine. On mine if yours is like this one after removing the two pressure pipes , rear exhaust clamp and a support mount , there was just a band that held DPF in place so it dropped down. I then soaked it in strong bleach and Bookers commercial oven cleaner, then after a couple of days gave it a good blast with a commercial steam cleaner. This did the job , though I had to tell the ECU a new DPF had been fitted and delete all error codes. It lasted for 4 years passing MOT each time, before I finally took pity on it and fitted a new one for just over a £100 from memory, since car had done 225,000 by then I figured it had earned it.;)
There was plenty of, in my case Eloys fluid in the DPF tank.
I just found this video of the Citroen one so see if same as yours:-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I29lHOXK2OQ

This is the 1560 engine, can it be cleaned driving it in a certain way?

Thrash the hell out of it.

High revs changing up at the last minute, taking it up to the redline and never changing into top gear. do this for 30 - 60 minutes and it will blow a lot of the crap out of the DPF the problem comes from how blocked it is. If the exhaust gases cannot pass down the channels in the DPF then they can't blow the crap out, like heart attack, but you might at least get some heat into it which will burn off some of the muck and if you can burn enough off you can maybe get the gasses flowing again.

Manual cleaning can be done Wynns sell a fluid for cleaning out DPFs, Commercial operators blow them out with compressed air moving the soot out of the filter and into the lungs of the person cleaning it, that way they can't get back into the filter.
