I did check the boost valve and its pipes first but missed the 2 small holes(splits) near the boost valve.
Because I then thought it was MAP sensor related I was concerntrating on the positive pressure side of the turbo, thinking I was loosing boost somehow.
hanz made me rethink and I found the holes I had missed the first time.
After the school run this morning I connected FES to the car again and drove down the same bit of dual carriageway, here's the data.
A = 2nd gear
B = 3rd gear
C = 4th gear
D = 5th gear
Between 3rd and 4th the graph shows a huge drop in boost, FES was showing "latency to high" error at this point, as I felt no drop in power I put the drop in boost shown on the graph down to the latency error.
NOTE.
All the graphs I've supplied in this thread are with my boost box disconnected, car is completely standard.
