Technical Door lock - passenger side

Panda Cross 4x4 diesel - year 2015

During the last month the passenger side door does not unlock when using the remote - it locks either through the remote or when car speeds up. I suspect a "sticky" motor since it partially works, is there a guide/how to on how to access the motor?

Many of these ‘misbehaving’ central locking issues stem from a broken wire where the loom goes between the car body and the door down by the hinge. You might explore here as a starting point …
This link is to a thread with the opposite problem (wouldn’t lock) but the cause was a broken wire. I wonder if your car has a break in the ‘unlock’ rather than ‘lock’ wiring?
