Technical Dension ICE Link iPod kit

Hi, I thought about one of those but opted for the macally fm cup, (best one of the fm transmitters tested on the gadget show ) works brilliantly, fits into cupholder so subtle if people look into car to see if they can nick anything, smothers radio stations so just hear i pod, only drawback is occasional beep beep(n) when mobile phone looking for a signal, otherwise recommend at £36 ish from amazon (p.s. also charges and holds ipod)
Cheers JB (y)

Any update on this? I have a Fiat Grande Punto with a Grundig HU, and when I connect the Dension Gateway 100 Grundig OEM adapter, nothing happens, I cannot select "CD Chenager". I tried the Fiat iPod Connector two weeks ago, but the controls don't work at all... well, at least there was audio. Also, no AUX is selectable on my HU. Any ideas how to connect an iPod to this mess?

Did you disconnect the power supply to the stereo by pulling out the large double plug at bottom so that unit will recognise any new peripherals....you probably did but I had to do this on a punto sporting I had years ago when I fitted a cd changer. Put the blue/yellow connectors in place before attaching the power connector again.
