Technical Cruise control

Hi All,
I have a 17 plate Tipo lounge I'm having a problem with the cruise control it
keeps turning off on its own and the lights on the steering wheel are
flashing. it stays on if the car is stationary. I have now noticed the stop start
is not working, checked the battery that's fine. Other functions on the steering wheel are working fine. Wondered if anybody else has had the same
problem or has any ideas what could be causing the fault.

My tipo 1.4 multijet battery failed and caused the cruise control to fail the switches had to be replaced also the city button failed all due to the battery, I would get it checked out as the stop and go put a huge strain on it

Thanks I had the battery checked and all ok, got a feeling it might be a relay or the
speed limiter sensor. everything else is working fine. Can't find a diagram of which relay
or fuse controls what. Haynes haven't even got a manual for it yet.

Update
Took my car to our local dealer and the cruise control unit had lost it's connection with main unit, he reset it and everything now working fine
