Just an update, all still OK though I did have a minor slow leak at the thermostat on the hose that connects to the upper radiator inflow. I had used 38mm Mikalor W1 band clamps on the larger hoses incl. that one, and either 23mm or 25mm band clamps on the smaller ones, can't remember which. The 38mm seem to have been a little bit too loose so I've replaced them with 36mm clamps and it looks alright now.
