General Connection loose

Guys the negative pole of battery was with white stuff and i cleaned perfect and i drove the car without problem but suddenly today when i put my key on ignition the dashboard says connecion loose and my radio restarts and a steering wheel icon shows and disappear quickly, so it goes on after i drive it, can u help me with any ideas what i did wrong

Loosen the bolt on the terminal, get a big socket so that it goes over the battery post, so you don't strike the battery post... and then tap it a little with a mallet, to see whether the terminal can go further onto the battery post. Once it's as far down as it can go, then tighten the termimal bolt and make sure it can't turn or rotate on the battery post.

Also check that the peripheral terminal contacts are clean and the bolts are all tight.
