thats it ive made my decision! :D Im more than likely to go for these

http://www.comp.co.uk/wheels/popup.asp?wheel=38

not deepdish but i think they suit the car well, and look tidy and if i want deepdish i can swap the back two for deepdish 1s!

Same as mine were heh, got them from Demon Tweeks - at first refused to sell me them for a cinq until i just told them the size ET and PCD and told them that if they really wanted to argue the toss about it to say it was for a punto :p

Kerbed them badly when out for a drive in a bad mood :( and got them refurbed to a polished lip and gunmetal centre :)

i got them wheels... scrub the outside of the arches like a bitch! i think its cos i have rear discs tho so the wheels are out an extra 3 or so mm.
i bent the metal over inside on one arch and it dont seem to be rubbing now

as do i have rear discs ;), you can see the calipers on the pic if you look close enough. how much is yours lowered by?

its only got -40.
what rears on yours? mine are from an UT so they come out 3 or 5mm but if you have GT ones they dont.

ah, that'll be why (y), mine are off a 2.0 marea, which is the same setup as the GT (y), i'm dropped at least 50mm and dont have any scrubbing at all at the back, only a tiny front scrub on full lock, but the tracking is slightly out, when its setup right they dont scrub anywhere :)

ahhhh :), the back being on 13 makes it look slightly lower, the front looks way lower than mine tho, and your on the same wheels, so the front has to be at least a 60mm drop on yours!

i get very slight scrubbing on the arches up front if i corner very hard. Want to fold the lip under the arch out to stop this scrubbing and make the arch a little wider:cool: But dont know what to do about the liner?

what i recon a lot of people do is buy lowering springs for a cento thats sitting on 10+ year old sagged stock springs.... mine never dropped much if at all. rides much better tho.

Going to strip the black spray paint of them once i got new tyres ordered. are compomotives powder coated? either way compomotives MUST be white. its the law.

What ET are yours craig? mine are 35, got 9mm spacers up front. not tried them on the rear.

Sparcos are 29 IIRC and are very close to catching and there only 5.5j
