Hi starting yesterday morning i believe i have an intermittent whistling noise coming from my car when i press the clutch down pop into 3rd and then release the clutch then come the whistle. Its not there every time and sometimes its in 4th too. The clutch was always stiff esp for 3rd gear selection sometimes i cant find the slot at all. The master cylinder slave thingy broke a month after i got it about 3 weeks ago. They said they would look at it but wondering if i could get some advice if anyone has had this knows what it is. When i mention it to any mechanic they look baffled giving me no comfort.
