Technical Clutch Pedal is hard to press

Punto MK2a 1.2 8v Manual, had it for a year and a half,
The clutch pedal is working normally but it's hard to press and made my leg sore after some city driving,
Is there a way to adjust it or to make it easier or is that even normal in the car?

I think it’s just luck of the draw to be honest. I got a punto mk2 8v aswell, my clutch is reallllyyyyy nice and light, done a clutch change on it, still the same. Still nice and light.
My cousin had the same car just abit older than mine, his clutch point felt the same as mine but his clutch was 10x heavier than mine is.
I don’t think bleeding the clutch will have any affect on how heavy the pedal is

Do you recommend changing the master and slave cylinders with new ones, does gonna change anything?

I don’t think it will make any difference tbh but maybe another group member can confirm?

If it is the cylinders, it is likely the pedal will feel rough not smooth to press.

i have my seat further forwards then I would ideally like it. but that is mainly so i can press the clutch fully in. It is a bit hard to press
