Judder is a pain as there isn't one simple answer
Is it worth bleeding the clutch
I have never known it to cause this problem, but it's quick and easy, doesn't cost much, so why not. While there remove the rubber boot and put some silicon grease in the inside of the clutch slave cylinder, they do get dry and start to stick, the normal symptom is a squeaky noise or the pedal sticking down though
The engine mount over the gearbox causes judder, normally worse if reversing up a slope, but not normally worse when cold, so in my opinion unlikely
The dog bone engine mount also causes judder, usually fairly random, if you drive forward a few feet and jam on the brakes and observe how much the engine wobbles, a visual examination might be a wise move and costs nothing, has caused your symptoms at least once
I think is more likely to be a running issue or the gearbox input bearing
The normal test for the input bearing is via the inspection hole in the bellhousing, its normally damp inside with oil if it's gone, I have driven a car like this, if you drop the clutch quickly it reduces the judder
A over heated or fault clutch/flywheel, rare
Contaminated clutch
Oil build up in the inlet manifold effects the MAP sensor at start up, and clears after awhile, is there oil on top of the throttle body, inspect the MAP it's only one screw and free. Normally there an occasional stutter on acceleration
If the engine feel less smooth at idle when cold, the idle speed less consistent, occasional hesitation on acceleration when cold, occasional stall or if you accelerate hard there is a mechanical knocking sound, I would suspect a running issue
And so on
