General Clear plastic pieces from door panel removal

Just replaced drivers side exterior door handle on my wife’s Lounge 500c. When I removed door panel 5 small clear plastic pieces fell onto the floor. I have no idea what they are or where they came from. I replaced handle and reinstalled panel still unable to determine where they go. Can anyone advise on there?
