General cinq steering wheel in me panda

my steering wheel been a bit out of shape since i got it, it was getting on my nerves i has cinq sporting wheel but no middle, i got a middle off a mate out of a standard cinq an it fitted, so wheel goes on panda.
only bit i had to change was indicator cancel bit, on the panda it has little hole in back of wheel (see pic) on a cinq that is a pin, so i cut the pin of the cinq one and drilled a hole, all works good now indicators cancel and horn works as well

Nicely done Dave. They feel much more sustantial than Panda steering wheels. You lose points for non-originality though.

looks really nice that looks like a really fun car to drive, is it? for some reason that pic of the interior just looks like its fun to drive lol well more so than say a punto anyway.

it is fun to drive yep fells more solid with the leather wheel, i would have kept it original if it wasnt bent though

nice looking wheels . i would probably have done the same, but instead i am making a conolly (sp) leather cover for my panda, and hope to start my own business once the hides arrive (beats being an unemployed student )

i dunno where black center is, daryl reckons i gave it to panda_gals baby to play with, it might turn up, i will go over it with that shoe scuff stuff when i get some

ive got a nice momo uno turbo wheel in mine. feels solid and bolted straight in.

What's the diameter like?... car without power steering these things in theory make a huge difference to the feel of the car. I prefer the 2 spoke personally for practical reasons... less hand hold clutter and you get a better view of the speedo and control arms.

... i shall be cruising the breakers again this spring
