General Changed Slave cylinder but can't bleed system!!

Hi, similar to guy below with clutch problems on Tipo, I've replaced my clutch slave cylinder but still cannot bleed the system. The clutch pedal pushes to the floor with no resistance and stays there! Master cylinder seems OK when take it off and pump it but when on the hoses it just doesn't work!!! Any ideas please????
