Technical CEL SMOG FAIL

Hello Fellow 500 owners. My CEL is intermittent, with a P0300 code. Light was out with over 100 miles on it and it still did not pass smog. I had over 170 when it came back on and this morning it was off, all the way (12 miles) to work and is still off now. I’m thinking to replace the O2 Sensors but I don’t want to be chasing the issue while throwing money at it.
Any ideas?
2013 Fiat 500C Abarth with 108,5xx miles.
