I have a 2013 Abarth that I recently bought. Had the codes p0069, p1185, p0237, p0105, p0106, p006D, and p2227. After replacing the MAP and Turbo boost sensor car runs and idle fine no noticeable performance loss (although I have never owned the car without a CEL so can’t confirm) but after a drive cycle the code p1185 will come back and the CEL will come on within the next couple start ups. There was a piggyback harness installed that I removed to make sure that wasn’t causing my issue. I smoke tested the whole intake and there wasn’t any leaks before or after the turbo. I know the turbo gauge isn’t accurate but I have noticed that it seems to occasionally bounce around nonsensically while driving and letting off the gas. When I check the freeze frame data it doesn’t help at all because the code is pending and triggers on key on engine off so the freeze frame data is without the engine running. Data that might be relevant is Baro reads 30 in hg and MAP reads 29.7 in hg engine off and about 8-10 in hg idling. Any suggestions will be thoroughly appreciated.
