What a fabulously eclectic bunch. (The cars not their owners, but then again..) Without any real exotica, I think most of the most desirable cars mere
mortals can own are here. Here's my selection of cars and bikes. Some have been company cars, some were parents but most have been mine/the Wife's.
1969 Vauxhall Viva HB 1159cc.
1974 Vauxhall Viva HC 1256cc.

1995 Vauxhall Corsa 1.4. (As above)
1996 Rover 200 SDi (Turbo lag R us)
1997 Rover 114. (Surprisingly good, lively with great handling)
1998 Ford Focus LX 1.8. (Quick with great handling, but thirsty)
1998 Fiat Punto 60S
1999 Ford Focus Zetec 1.6. (Possibly the best car I've owned, but ubiquitous)
2005 Fiat Panda MJ.
2005 Fiat Stilo 1.4.

Phew.....e.&.o.e.

According on my age i believe that i had a great list of cars in my possession:
1992 Hyundai S coupe
1992 BMW E36 318i auto
1995 Renault Clio 1,8 16v
2001 BMW E46 330ci cabriolet

I still have most of them

1984 Mini 1000 - Got in for my 16th birthday as a doer upper.

1989 Vauxhall Nova 1.2 Swing - Hideous car that I had when I was 17, ended up scrapping it.

1990 Mini 1000 - Lovely little car, sold it in 2003 as the then girlfriend had a car and I lived / worked in the city centre.

2008 Panda 100hp - 5 weeks old, my first ever modern car and I love it.

Can't remember exact dates but in order:

Not a comprehensive list - it's been a long time and matron doesn't seem to be around .....

Topolino Tipo A - my first car in 1965
Topolino Tipo A
Pre-war Wolseley Hornet with Swallow body - pretty but a real dog
Fiat 1100D - column change etc but great car
850 Sport Coupè - disappointing
124 Estate - what it says on the (tinny) tin
600D
600D
600D with Giannini-ised engine
500D
500F
500F - fitted BMW 700 flat twin - quicker than a Mini Cooper - great fun
Alfasud - early rust bucket
Pre-war Rover 16HP - could play tennis (or anything else) in the back
Alfasud - tweeked engine - wonderful handling
Cox GTM - ridiculously quick with 970cc Cooper S engine - bundle of laughs but nothing between you and the accident
Alfa 2000GTV - real class
Alfa Giulia Super
Alfa Giulia Super - great cars
903cc Panda
Topolino Tipo C
FIRE-engined Panda
FIRE-engined Panda 4x4 - good little workhorse - not great for getting to Italy but useful on white roads when there (written off by wife)
FIRE-engined Panda
FIRE-engined Panda 4x4
Lancia Fulvia Coupè - fabulous refinement
Mirafiori Sport - cams and twin Dellortos - much under-rated car
Strada Abarth 130TC - cams and big carbs - fabulous engine - chassis less convincing
Uno Turbo ie - engine by Barry Waterhouse - mass of chassis mods by Frank Rizzuti - very quick - scared much bigger metal at Santa Pod and won Fiat Motor Club economy run with 60 plus mpg
Lancia Thema - not a bad car but a bit too chintzy for me
Cinquecento SX - good little car, sweet engine
Seicento SX - OK but prefer the Cinquecento
Cinquecento Sporting - great-hearted little car over 120,000 miles - functional - just what a small Fiat should be
Panda Multijet - early days but signs are positive - like the torque and aircon
Panda 100HP - even earlier days but very promising - love the way it meets the road

I've missed out a few as I counted up to about 30 Fiats a few years back.

A few Fiestas, afew Sierras 3 Berlingos multispaces (still have 1 for the family), C2 VTR, Hyundai Getz (for daughters to drive) and the !00hp, by far the best with the Berlingo a close 2nd.

One of the forgotten was Tipo 1.9 Tds - another under-rated car and a great workhorse - would carry more wine and olive oil back from Italy than any of my other cars. I suffered an alternator failure somewhere in France on return journey - kept the engine running all day - had to argue with stroppy Frenchman in one filling station - but had to stop when we got to Calais, by which time there were no lights of any sort and the electronic dash (hideosity) had given up. Bought new battery which lasted till it dropped the lights and everything else about two miles from home in Devon in the small hours - engine still running - wouldn't happen now - and wife walked in front of car with a torch - that's what they're for isn't it?

Good tale and a wonderful collection of motors. My only regrets were passing up on a Jensen Interceptor III and a Fiat Dino 246 Coupe. On reflection though, probably a good thing as the first would have bankrupted me with fuel bills and the Dino with garage bills.
