I was looking in the frunk and thought that the spare wheel and jack must weigh quite a few kg and removing them would save that weight and free up some boot space.
I wouldn't like to be totally without backup in case of a puncture so I did a search on this forum and I found a couple of references to Tyreweld which assert that you can't but there seems to be no definitive answer. I've done a general Google search and the only things relating to Tyreweld and inner tubes seems to be for bicycles where the general opinion is that you can use it.
I've also got a couple of cans of the stuff from previous cars and there is nothing on the can that says that you can't use it with inner tubes... I've emailed the company to ask them; will post the answer on here but in the mean time, if anyone has any backed-up evidence and/or has actually used it with inner tubes, I would be interested to hear
