General Can you get roof bars for 500

Just looking on the America site and noticed you can get roof bars for the 500 over there. Ive looked on the fiat UK site but can't see any on there, but notice that Thule now do some.

Has anyone used any roof bars on there 500, its one thing that has put me of getting one, as i have to have roof bars for carting my bike around.

It's an interesting point - I noticed it too for the same reason. In the UK no one claims to do roof bars for a 500 with a glass roof. You can get the Thule ones for a non-sunroof car.

But as you said, the US cars are shown with a roof rack on a glass roof. I've not yet seen anything more about it.

You could get a tow bar fitted and put a bike rack on that of course.

You can get the thule bars (761) and feet (750) and short roof adaptor (777) second hand on ebay.

You will need to buy the adaptor kit new (1464). £26

These are designed for the 500 roof shape and mounting points. They do not work on the glass roof.
