Can someone help? Fiat plug in light

Wondering if someone could tell me what model or models have a 12v plug in light, cord extends on it, made by foredit.... Pic attachecd

It wouldn't have been standard equipment on any models, the logo is 80's anyway, just a standard accessory which anyone could've ordered for any model.

The Fiat Strada MKII and MKIII have this light. Can't recall in my MKI 70CL had one or not.
