Hi all, Newbie here
I've a1998 ducato 19td that needs a timing belt change.
I've looked everywhere for a workshop manual in English does anyone here have one for sale or know where I can get one?
Thanks

I have found a listing for your number 230 A 3.000 but only for Technical Service Data, the two cambelt books I have go up to 1996 and the other starts at 2002, but don't list yours although according to the Technical Service Data manual it was made from 1994-2000.
Looking on wikipedia for the Fiat single OHC indirect injection engine of that era with the same 1929 cc, I found this earlier one up to 1996, does it look in any way similar.

Don't recognise that as engine Series, sounds more like Body identification.
Looking for something like 182 A7.000 etc.
Hi bugsymike,
Thanks for taking the time to help me out. That looks almost identical to my timing belt I will go and check it first chance tomorrow morning but I'm very optimistic.
Thanks again. H

Hi bugsymike,
Definitely the same engine I've enclosed a pic for your opinion

Similar though can't see the hole for injector pump pulley to fit locking bolt in.
Might be my eyesight though. ;)
Correct engine Series number so should be OK.
I assume you don't have the weighted tension pulley tool, I have never used one just relied on experience, but always turned over any cambelt job by hand two full revolutions before trying to start and recheck belt tension feels OK after running engine.

Hi bugsymike,
Hope I'm not being a pest. I'm going to change my timing belt this weekend new tools arrived and I'm ready to go.
Could you please photograph page 266 for me so I have a guide to follow.
Many thanks
Haitch
