While turning my engine over with the plugs removed using a large breaker bar on the crank pully I think I saw the belt jump a tooth on the intake cam, how can I set the cams properly. engine ran perfect but I decided to change the belt

If you turned the engine backwards it can happen on some engines if belt slack.
If you supply age, engine Series Number and CC etc. I or someone may have details on timing.:)

Here's a guide to timing belt replacement showing the valve timing marks :-

I would also add that the Auxiliary Shaft Timing is important ESPECIALLY on later Fiat engines like in the Strada 130TC.

On older engines this shaft drove the distributor and old mechanical fuel pump. On later engines with the cam shaft driven distributor and electric fuel pumps the Aux Shaft became redundent. HOWEVER timing of this shaft is important as it has cut-outs that allow the crank shaft piston end to pass the shaft without interferance. Get this shaft timing wrong on later engines then damage will be done.

^^ Thanks @s130 for this ^^ very important caution.

Just in case anyone is interested , here's the full write-up on changing the timing belt and crank oil seal to accompany the info in post #3 ^, it includes some really handy tips for those who haven't done this type of work before,
