Technical Cable unplugged. fiat panda 2009

Hi there!
I recently bought a fiat panda 2009 and im a huge fan of it! I've found a cable right beneath my battery. I had trouble yesterday, when my car wouldnt start, and I found out the battery was dead (used a multimeter to determine the voltage was under 12v). It was when i changed the battery i found the unplugged cable.

Does anyone have a clue to where it belongs? Pictures are attached. The cable is approximately 50 cm

So it is not missing from anywhere?

Pug facing down so it doesn't fill with water

It does share power with other circuits, Just cable tie it out of the way it's normally above the gearbox

Took fiat another couple of years to delete it from the wiring loom
