Got my renewal from Green Flag the other week and they wanted £100+ for a years cover !!

So, with the help of MoneySavingExpert.com, I found some very reasonable quotes and have just got Full UK cover, including roadside assistance, roadside repairs, assistance at your home, onward destination service, cover for any driver, cars, vans, and motorcycles up to 3.5 tonnes. caravan or trailer attached to your vehicle at the time of breakdown, 1 hours roadside assistance, up to 6 call outs in any one year & wheel changes.

Total cost for the year ?

£31 (with £40 excess on Home Start)

or

£42.50 No excess !

Bargain !

I have like £100 + cover with the aa with my mum and rang them the other day as my friend broke down and they come out to look at the car but if i want it taken anywhere its £100+ aswell! its stupid

Exactly the reason I left the AA a few years ago, and now shop around every year for a new and better deal like the one mentioned above.
