Fiat appear to be one of the few manufacturers that understate accross the board. The MJET 150 appears to be consistently in the late 150s early 160s bhp when dynod by those having remaps

Remapped cars obviously have more torque and bhp.

lyubohar wasn't talking about remapped cars.

I think you will find he is talking about the pre remap dyno figures being between 158- early 160s mine had 159bhp before the remap

Maybe it was in sport mode  - torque curve is steep. In normal mode i is much more gentle and round 210Nm max (I did both normal and sport mode at a dyno)

Probably yes, with the Sport mode on. But then why FIAT doesn't quote "sport mode" figures in their specs, but use the "normal" ones?

By the way, what you say in another topic: your stock Tjet 150 dynoed 174 bhp (~130kW) in sport mode and 288Nm between 3000-4000rpm...There must be something wrong...

Nothing wrong, just the way the engines are..... Lets say fiat are helping you out on insurance because it should be a group 12-13 with those t-jet figures!

What a bargain........ :worship:

Dont tell you are ctually liking the car at the moment! :D

It's wrong to have 25+ hp and 30+nm difference between two dynos...

If you're reffering to my car, I would than rather say, it is not wrong. I was hapy I must say, because it looks like I have received a tuned car from the factory AND have a warranty with this program.

I decided to quote myself for those who did not read the above mentioned thread:

############
(...) I was very very astonished to see that dyno showed 174 bhp (~130kW) in sport mode and 288Nm between 3000-4000rpms :confused:. And.... i was stock. So we did another run and it showed the same. After remap we got aprox 185bhp and ~300Nm. (...) BTW it's a MY2008 with black dials so maybe it's the case. I am writing this because guys who were remapping it (Kreator Mocy in Warsaw) for me said my ECU software differed (originally I wrote change:eek:) from the one they had as a stock.
###########

So:
1. It was 1 dyno (inertion type dyno)
2. I said maybe Fiat not only changed clolour of dials
3. We were able to remap it to figures stated by others (e.g. AlmightyJu)

or:
