Technical Bluetooth aux added to Blue&Me?

Hi all. I know this is a topic brought up time and time again, but I just stumbled onto this in eBay and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it? Seems to follow the same logic as plugging in an aux cable in place of the Blue&Me box, but has a Bluetooth receiver wired to the end I guess?
