Hi, this is the second time in the years that blue&me is unable to find the numbers in the address book.
The last time it happened was in 2021 and I had it replaced with a remanufactured one, but a few days ago it started having the same defect again.
If I use the steering wheel controls the entire directory is there, but if I use voice commands it doesn't work.
The software in the NAND of the control unit has probably been corrupted and needs to be reloaded.
Has anyone had an experience like this and how did they resolve it?
