Hi guys,

I've tried searching for help with this but I can't seem to find it. If someone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

So, yesterday I upgraded from the iPhone 4S to the Samsung Galaxy S5. The pairing worked fine and the phonebook copied as expected. I can make and receive calls all through my bluetooth, which is great.

However, my car no longer plays my music through the car speakers and it seems that my stereo doesn't even recognise my phone as a media device anymore.

I have a 2011 Punto Evo. I'm not sure which version of Blue&Me I have as I can't seem to find a way of getting that information.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Have I have the same problem as JammieD88 and have just updated the firmwire in car and still not able to play Spotify through car

think it may be a Blue&Me update for our phones to be added as the S5 has only just come out

I have a 14 plate 500 and Samsung s5, I can't even get the two things to recognise / find each other. . What am I doing wrong? It worked easily with my s3

The S5 is not support (yet) by the software, it does work, I use the S5 in my Punto without any problems, its just a bit limited until support is given.(y)

I also have a 2011 Evo and a Samsung galaxy s4 phone and i can not get it to work.

Have you managed to fix this Jamie?

I just got a new Panda with Blue & Me (B&M) and I have a Sony Xperia SP. I can connect the phone to the car and make and receive calls and can access the phone book but music won't play from the phone through the car stereo.

Rang Ciao Fiat and was told that B&M isn't set up with the ability to play music from phone via Bluetooth. The phone must be plugged into the USB B&M socket and even then some phones are not yet compatible with B&M.

It's a real shame as I use Deezer a lot and therefore can't play Deezer through the car unless I use the Aux in socket. Seems like a really big thing they've missed as all other cars in our family have the Bluetooth audio option built in.
