Technical bellhousing automatic transmission 3L30 TH180 Trimatic part drawings & identification

I saw a bellhousing for an automatic transmission 3L30 TH180 Trimatic of an Fiat 124 / 131 / 132 / spider for sale.
Can someone please tell me what the lever at the bottom of the photo is?

My 79 is an automatic but it's in a part of my shop where I can't jack it up to look at the moment, I will check my manual later..wondering if it's the arm the shifter linkage hooks to for selecting the gears? Or for kicking down? It has a hole in the end of it for something like a linkage rod?

Looks like the exhaust manifold stay bracket.

I believe these bellhousings are handy for a 16v head conversion...as it gives you the option to use the starter on the right or left hand side.
