Hows everyone enjoying getting back to the grind stone, bummer isnt it,
It will take at least a week to get back to full speed.

Not to bad for me as I've been in and out of work over xmas and new year but I bet some of you office wallers are in for a shock after all your time off :p

commiserations to anybody who works in retail or the health service - your busiest time of the year

Hasn't really bothered me being back in work.

Had 3 weeks off over Xmas but work to me isn't one of those things I dread to do or go in to. Enjoy my work so being back isn't a problem.

The day I hate going in to work or dread my day at work is the day I change my career :)

So true. It's the same with me. I also never really leave work while I'm on vacation. I always read my e-mails, so that I know what's going on and when I get back to work, I'm not overwhelmed with a pile of new information...

I worked nine consecutive nights over Christmas, and we all enjoyed it. I like my work and having over two months annual leave compensates. If you don't enjoy your job look to changing it - we only get one life.
