General Apple Car Play on 2016 Model??????

Hi my daughter has a 2016 (16 plate) 500 with the 5 inch screen, is this Car Play compatible? if so how do I activate it? or do I need the later 7 inch screen for Car Play.

All help and advice much appreciated.

I don't think the uConnect 5 ever had carplay?
It was an option on uConnect 7 and some people had success activating the option afterwards (only for 2017+ units)

Hi, I will look for a 2017 7inch screen model as I think this will work. Do I need any special access codes etc to make the CarPlay work?

There's a guide on the forum. Now experience with it myself though;
