General Another heating problem...

Hi Steve!

Yesterday (friday) me and my dad (I'm 22 - that explaines my poor knowledge of cars and English) opened up the Panda, and really torn the front part apart. When we opened the black plastic heater box, we found that the 'Y'-end on the right side didn't fix quite well on the vent, and that the wire that operates the plastic plate that lets the cold air in was broken, and the result: the right heater didn't work properly, and there was cold air entering the car at all times. We fixed it, but us two geniuses also broke the wire that controls the warm/cold air, and the car makes strange hig-pitch sound when I start it... BUT - WE FIXED IT!!! Thanks to you, we found the problem without any trouble! I would've told you this yesterday, but we had to go down to the pub to celebrate...

Glad you worked it out anyway - it's a pig of a job isn't it?
