Anon Donation?

Not sure if this is the right forum or not, but here goes!

I donated this morning (£10) and i swear i was logged in before the donation but it's showing as anonymous, can someone change this? I can provide email from paypal as proof if needed.

So it's been almost 3 weeks since i've submitted a ticket and had no reply, any idea whats going on?

Ben is all over the place at the moment - different countries, last I heard he was in Vegas lol - so just give him time.
