Technical Alarm is disabled

I have just got my 2021 Ducato based motorhome back from Elddis after a repair and the alarm has stopped chirping when I lock and unlock the motorhome. The blue LED in the window pillar doesn’t flash either when locked. Any ideas on what could have happened. TIA

If it is the type that plugs into the OBD port then with ignition off unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in. That is how mine is reset

Nothing plugged into the OBD port.
