I need to change the gaskets in the air inlet manifold. Is this a DIY job? Plus has anyone got any instructions on how to do this. Thanks

Hi, looking to change the seals as per pic, I understand it can be tricky to remove the air manifold?
This is not my manifold, just pic showing what I need to change on mine. Thanks

Intake manifold,

They can distort if the engine has overheated
