Technical Acceleration sudden drop off

Hello. I have a 2006 1.9 Multijet. Going onto the motorway yesterday accelerated and power suddenly went as i was gaining speed then went okay again. Any explanations anyone ?

Could be a partially blocked erg or turbo vanes.
