2009 Fiat 500 Lounge
Recently had lots of suspension work done new shockers and various other stuff (ball joint, springs perhaps)
The ABS warning light has just come on solidly. In fairness to the garage who did the work the ABS fault light wasn't on for quite a number of weeks after the work was done (somewhere between 4 and 6 weeks perhaps, I don't have the details to hand) so perhaps it's a sensor fault (hoping it's not the ABS unit!)
Will a generic cheapie OBD scanner tell me where the fault is or do I need to have somone to use a MultiEcuScanner?
I don't know at this point if it's font or rear, can the front and rear sensors be accessed replaced by jacking up and wheel removal? I ask because on a video on fiat usa he disconnected the shocker at the rear to access the sensor.
Thanks all and HAPPY NEW YEAR !
