Technical Abarth 595 dashboard rattle

Hi all,

Could anybody hopefully help me with this issue?*video attached*

My abarth is suffering from intense vibration/rattle coming from the dashboard (sounds central near the window heater vents). The door cards rattling I can deal with but this is driving me insane.
Uneven roads + 2-3k rpm ramps the vibration up and I just cannot pinpoint what/where to look.
