Technical Abarth 595 145. Underboost

Hi all,

I had a diagnostic done on my 2020 reg. It came up with error code P299 and said underboost. Im not sure if it the actual turbo that needs replacing, and how to know for sure if checking myself what the issue is? Theres no engine management system on. Or lack of power.
