Styling A couple of easy and cheap mods

First I have sprayed the 500 logo on the dash matt black...The dash had to come off (again) to get the badge off. Then it was rubbed down, sprayed with plastic primer and then a coat or 2 of matt black paint.
All in it is about a 30 min job.

The second is the same as I did on my old wheels with the pin stripe around the rim. This time I did it in red to match the centre caps.

My apologies on the absolutely terrible photography. I have thousands of £ worth of camera's and equipment but I am too lazy so I took them on the iPhone.

By the way the photos look fine to me but I hope that you might be bringing one of your cameras (hopefully with a wide angle lens) with you as we lost our (un)official photographer (Lloyd) when he defected to the dark side.

I've seen a white pin stripe used on a BNW and it looked pretty good.
I wonder what a set of cross drilled discs with red painted calipers would look like behind those 17s.

Good fix for pealing black paint on the rear hatch handle if anyone remembers the thread.

A bit pricey and only in Grey. Might suit the passodola. Has weakened stitching for the air bag to burst through. Ideal for chocolate 'exposed' houndscloth fabric.

Good for a bit of fun. Ideal it you're in the Nürburgring mood. Cheap and an affordable throwaway.

How come you have a white dash in a black car? and i like the idea with the alloys and the red pinstripe but not keen on the matt black 500 lettering on the dash but each to their own.

I an on my 3rd dash now. It is very easy to change so I do when I get bored.

I tried removing the dash but got stuck on the heater panel. The fan speed knob pulled off but cant get the others off. Should they just pull off?

Also, where did you get your front mud flaps? are they the punto ones?

You don't need to take the knobs off, take all the panel off and leave the knobs on.

RUI, I reckon you, your car and a selection of goods you sell would be a big attraction on the Fiat Forum stand, at one of the bigger events. We are always looking for new ideas to attract people onto the stand and you pulling a dash off, fitting new CF mirror covers and coloured wheel rim embellishments amongst others could create a lot of interest. :slayer:

I didnt know the vents just pop out on their own. I think ill give that a go first as im convinced thats where the rattle is coming from.
