General 903cc in the 850 coupe

I know this is in the Panda section when it's sort of about the 850 coupe, but I've got a question to link everything! [)]

Anyone with this month's edition of Auto Italia might have seen a feature on the 850 coupe. Well, they list that it also had the 903cc engine, but instead of the usual 45bhp, it produced 52bhp.

Just wondering if anyone knew how this happened? Not interested in changing mine, but curious about what was changed / uprated / messed about with, to produce this extra power?

I'm wondering if they used the head, cam and carb off a 956cc 4x4.
