Technical 2016 Fiat Ducato semi automatic gear unavailable

Hello I have a 2016 Ducato maxi l4

2.3 diesel with semi automatic I believe it’s called comfomatic

Has a fault with it , says gear unavailable and is stuck in neutral

When plugged into computer P291964 is coming up

Any recommendations what to look for first or what could the problem be

Any help would be much appreciated Thankyou

A couple of questions;

When was the hydraulic fluid for the gear change robot last changed (Tutella CS Speed) ?
Do you have access to Multi ECUscan which gives far more info than the Autel.

Lastly have a look in the guides section under user @Seanwinder22 He has written some excellent guides on what to look at

I have no idea if the hydraulic fluid has been changed,

I can ask a friend think he has snap on computer

This is what Fiat eLearn says about P2919-64:

The wire color at pin 52 is said to be green+yellow, and green only at the position sensor (there is a connector in between)
