Technical 2016 500 Sport - No Power to (stock) Radio & Flashing mileage, time, date, on odometer

Just as the title says. Randomly one day there was no power to the stereo, and the mileage was blinking.

I've checked all fuses both inside and under the hood.
I've tried disconnecting the battery for some time and that didn't work.

I've been seeing a bunch online about a proxy alignment.
I have OBDCOMII obd cord that i used for my previous BMW, was wondering if theres anyway I could use that instead of having to buy new? I keep seeing AlfaOBD or multiscan posted everywhere.
I've replaced my own window regulator, small other projects but def am new to the car community and would appreciate any help.

You can just go to the dealer and fix the Proxi. Or do you want to resolve the issue yourself?
