The car was a previous write off (cosmetic only) and in the last couple of weeks on a couple of occasions the car has made a really strange noise when at low speeds, and mostly seem to be after I’ve been driving on a motorway or just after on an uneven road. It sort of sounds like “wub wub wub” or the wheel rubbing against something. It goes away again if I come to a complete stop and drive off again. The first time I heard the noise, my DTR light fell out of place on the same side (plastic clips were damaged and snapped so no longer held it in place with the bumper) so I thought that it possibly was bouncing around/rubbing off something. I got that fixed and it happened again a few times. I think it’s coming from the front but back passengers said they think it’s from the back so have no idea.

Welcome ,could be anything, do you have alloys or wheel trims? Are the tyres the correct pressures is there any "feel" in the car or just the noise so no slight fluctuating in speed?
Hi John, thanks so much for your response. Yes I have alloys. There’s no “feel” to the car when I notice the noise, it’s just a sound when I’m slowing down or driving at a slow speed. I drove around for 45 minutes to try and reproduce the sound, i caught it on voice memo and actually sounds like something scraping going round the wheel or wheel cover.
Might be worth checking the brakes, corrosion or bent disc guards can cause a intermittent scraping sounds especially going round corners?
